As a Project Manager, you will spearhead for both GPV Sweden customer projects and ECOs (Engineering change orders) from the initial project kick off meeting until seamless handover into serial production. 

Joining our dynamic and fast-paced project management team, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring every milestone is met with precision.

You will join us as an integral member of a diverse and high paced project management team. This role will have contact with many interfaces, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with a multitude of key interfaces, both internally and externally, allowing you to deepen your expertise in industrialization and customer project management.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • You will take on the role as a leader for both customer projects and ECOs /product updates. You can handle both complex and simple tasks.
  • Hold regular customer, internal stakeholders and project meetings
  • Supporting and responsible for quotation process when needed
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing a detailed plan to ensure that all projects and ECOs are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Follow GPV core values of safety, quality and integrity
  • Implement GPV NPI (new product industrialization), ECO and Transfer processes in project management and planning work
  • Continuously following up on economy status for both projects and ECOs
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Contributing to our continuous improvement on ‘way of working’

Your background

  • Degree in engineering or experience from electronics manufacturing will be a plus
  • Project management experience in product industrialization or similar leading role
  • Good communication skill with all functional members and customers
  • Project process knowledge, budgeting and planning skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Swedish is beneficial
  • Good understanding of importance of quality and OTD for our customers
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness for improvements
